Danielle M. Mastrapasqua

Danielle M. Mastrapasqua joined the Law Offices of David M. Gabriel & Associates in November of 2018. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from New England Law in 2018. She is also a 2013 graduate of Boston University, where she majored in psychology with a focus on psychology in the law. Ms. Mastrapasqua is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. While attending law school in the evenings, Ms. Mastrapasqua worked as a paralegal for more than five years. As a paralegal, she worked in family law, criminal law, juvenile law/DCF matters, personal injury matters, and civil litigation. While at Boston University, she interned for the ACLU and worked on a research project to develop a Civil Juror Bias Scale that could be used to determine a juror’s bias in defamation cases.
